Standard Website Offers (Core, Premium, Plus, Enterprise)
BlueCat offers professional websites at the prices determined after consultation. Goals and deliverables are agreed upon prior to service delivery.
BlueCat Membership
Web Services: Includes hosting, small updates, and maintenance of the website for up to 6 months from the completion date.
Marketing Suite: Includes access to BlueCat’s marketing tools and services as outlined on the Membership page of the BlueCat website. The Marketing Suite is subject to change and may vary based on local regulations or service updates.
Payment & Pricing
The Client agrees to pay either the full cost of the service or a deposit upon initial Agreement and/or at predetermined milestones: 1/3 as deposit, 1/3 upon final approval of design mockups, and 1/3 after development and before transfer of ownership and/or deployment.
An initial payment is due upfront. No services will begin until such payment is received in full. The Client acknowledges that the Holiday Special is only available for a limited time. Pricing and terms are subject to change after this special period. The Client agrees to pay a total of $997 for the full package, either upfront or in predetermined amounts, upon signing this Agreement.
Project Timeline
The estimated timeline for completion of the website is a few weeks, depending on the Company’s current workload, holidays, and the Client’s responsiveness. The Client understands that delays may occur due to factors such as holidays, changes in scope, or late submission of required content. BlueCat will communicate any expected delays and will work with the Client to accommodate scheduling needs.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide all necessary content (text, images, logos, etc.) in a timely manner.
- Ensure all provided content does not violate copyright or intellectual property laws.
- Pay for domain and other ongoing services outside the scope of design and development.
- Understand that licensed software used for design or maintenance is not transferred and remains the responsibility of the Client if they discontinue membership.
- Provide clear instructions and feedback throughout the design process to ensure satisfaction with the final product.
Revisions & Approval
BlueCat will provide two rounds of revisions during the design process. Additional revisions may incur extra charges. Minor changes, as characterized by BlueCat, are not considered under the revisions limit. Once the Client approves the final design, the website will be deployed to the live domain.
BlueCat Membership Details
Web Services: The Client will receive web hosting, small updates (as characterized by BlueCat), and ongoing maintenance. This includes minor changes such as text updates, image swaps, or small functionality adjustments. Web services are free for Holiday Special participants for up to 6 months from the completion date.
Marketing Suite: Includes tools and services as outlined on the BlueCat website but may change at any time. Access is included for 6 months for Holiday Special participants. After 6 months, the Client may choose to renew the BlueCat Membership at the prevailing rate.
Termination
Either party may terminate this Agreement with written notice. In the event of termination by the Client, BlueCat will refund any unused portion of the membership fee, prorated based on the work completed and services rendered. In the event of termination by BlueCat, the Client will be refunded for the unused portion of the services not yet rendered.
Refunds
Once a design is approved and development begins, we do not offer refunds. The money-back guarantee no longer applies. This policy ensures resource allocation and the best possible service for our clients. Review and approve designs thoroughly before providing consent for development.
If a project is canceled before design approval, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. BlueCat reserves the right to deduct reasonable fees for work already performed. In unforeseen circumstances preventing service delivery, BlueCat will work with the Client to find a fair solution, such as rescheduling or issuing credit for future services.

Intellectual Property
The Client retains ownership of all content (images, text, logos, etc.) they provide. BlueCat retains ownership of the website design, code, and intellectual property created during development. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use the website and its components for business purposes.
Indemnity
The Client agrees to indemnify and hold BlueCat harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising from the content provided or use of the website. BlueCat is not responsible for legal issues arising from third-party content, trademarks, or intellectual property conflicts.
Limitations of Liability
BlueCat’s liability is limited to the amount paid by the Client under this Agreement. BlueCat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the website or services.
Final
This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties and supersedes any prior agreements or representations. Any amendments must be in writing and signed by both parties. The Client agrees that all services are provided “as is,” and BlueCat does not guarantee specific results regarding business performance, SEO, or marketing effectiveness.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the state and/or country in which BlueCat operates.
