Payments & Billing
All service fees must be paid as outlined in your proposal or invoice. BlueCat reserves the right to pause or terminate any project for nonpayment. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Ongoing membership fees are billed automatically at the agreed renewal rate unless canceled in advance.
Refunds & Cancellations
Because design and development involve custom work, refunds are generally not available once a project has started. If a project is canceled before completion, BlueCat may issue a partial refund at its discretion based on work performed.
Memberships or hosting plans can be canceled at any time with written notice. Access to membership features and services will remain active through the end of the paid term.
Project Timelines
Estimated timelines are provided as a courtesy and depend on client responsiveness and project scope. Delays caused by late content, feedback, or approvals may extend completion dates.
BlueCat will make reasonable efforts to meet agreed timelines and will notify you promptly of any significant delays.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing all necessary materials (such as logos, content, and images) and for ensuring they own or have rights to all content provided. BlueCat is not responsible for copyright or trademark disputes related to materials supplied by the client.
Hosting & Maintenance
Hosting and maintenance are provided under the BlueCat Membership plan for the duration specified. Clients may choose to renew or migrate their websites at the end of the membership term. BlueCat is not responsible for third-party hosting disruptions, outages, or domain issues beyond our control.
Privacy
BlueCat respects your privacy. We collect only the information necessary to provide our services and never sell or share your data with third parties except as required to deliver contracted services. For full details, please review our Privacy Policy.
Third-Party Tools & Integrations
Your website may include third-party services such as analytics, booking tools, or payment processors. BlueCat is not responsible for updates, outages, or security issues arising from those external providers.
